CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. COD Confirmation Process:

  • After placing a COD order, you will receive a WhatsApp message from our company number +91 9915143337 the next working day.
  • This message will include our UPI barcode for the COD charge.

 

2. COD Charge Payment:

  • To process your order, please pay the COD charge of ₹150 using the provided UPI barcode.
  • The COD charge must be paid before we process and dispatch your order.

 

3. Order Processing:

  • Once the COD charge is received, we will proceed with your order.
  • You will only need to pay the product cost upon delivery.

 

4. COD Charge Refund:

  • After successful delivery and receipt of the product cost, we will refund the COD charge of ₹150 back to you.
